The mission and objective of the Overlooked Cat Refuge (OCR) is to provide a safe and fear-free home, with compassion and respect, for all our feline friends. We are a foster-based refuge for cats, dedicated to providing care, raising awareness and education, aiding the local community, and advocating for the fair treatment of all felines. The OCR is a 501(c)3 non-profit animal welfare organization, licensed by the State of Iowa.
