OCR is committed to helping the community through Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR) programs, ensuring healthier, safer lives for feral and stray cats. Overlooked Cat Refuge is currently a foster-based rescue, designed to provide a safe, loving and temporary home for cats and kittens in need, as they await their forever families. While working closely with the community - we rescue, rehabilitate, socialize, and find loving homes for the cats. The Foster and Medical Teams work together to ensure our cats receive the care and attention they deserve. We match cats with responsible, loving adopters and guide them through the adoption process, while providing resources and support to ensure successful placement in forever homes.
